Because the explosion + rolling process adopted can make Ti-Cu composite tightly without delamination, greatly reduce the pollution of electrolyte and plating solution, greatly reduce the current resistance to 7.77×10-6Ω, so that the current more smoothly, thus saving energy consumption.
